Position Overview

• We are on the lookout for a seasoned Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) with more than 10 years of extensive Pega experience, particularly in Pega KYC and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) frameworks.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and deployment of large-scale customer onboarding and lifecycle management solutions, utilizing the Pega CLM/KYC framework to enhance delivery speed and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Pega Architecture Expertise, Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA), and substantial experience with the Pega Infinity Platform (version 8.x or later).
• Specialized Knowledge in: Case Management, Data Pages, Decisioning, Integration Services (REST/SOAP), Security, Reporting, Enterprise Application Architecture, along with KYC / CLM Framework proficiency.
• A comprehensive understanding of: Customer Onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC), Due Diligence, Periodic Review, KYC Refresh and Remediation, Customer Risk Rating, Beneficial Ownership, and Regulatory Compliance Workflows, with proven experience in delivering KYC transformation or onboarding initiatives within banking or financial sectors.
