Technical Executive cum Fire Safety Manager (FSM) (2 Years Contract)

Brief Overview

Become an integral part of our organization as a Technical Executive, where you will contribute significantly to the daily functions of facilities management and ensure the seamless execution of maintenance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Building Manager in managing daily operations. Lead, organize, and coordinate a group of on-site contractors for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks. Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of reported breakdowns to determine root causes and prevent future issues. Carry out regular inspections of facilities and systems to ensure they operate effectively and reliably. Monitor contractor adherence to contract specifications, including performance assessments and compliance with requirements. Collaborate with contractors to ensure timely resolution of defects following service activities. Oversee upgrade projects as necessary.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum Diploma in building maintenance, facilities management, mechanical, electrical, real estate management, civil, or structural engineering. A minimum of 3 years of pertinent work experience is required. A certification as a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) is advantageous, along with practical experience. Prior involvement in government projects is a plus.
