QA QC Manager

Position Overview

We invite you to become a vital member of our team, spearheading quality assurance and quality control efforts for construction projects, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate, execute, and oversee project-specific QAQC plans, inspection protocols, and checklists. Review and sanction material and method statements in alignment with project specifications. Conduct quality inspections, audits, and evaluations across various trades. Provide training and mentorship to site teams on quality benchmarks and best practices. Supervise site operations to guarantee the correct execution of tasks and compliance with specifications. Ensure that construction practices align with applicable quality assurance frameworks. Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to address quality-related concerns. Keep thorough records for inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions. Organize the site for evaluations, including mock-up reviews and scoring methodologies. Recognize and apply continuous improvements to boost quality performance. Manage material testing and mock-ups for the façade.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of QA/QC experience within the construction sector. Demonstrated experience in alteration and addition (A&A) projects.
