IT Support Engineer

• Configure and oversee desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve user-related issues concerning hardware, software, and access.
• Install and refresh software applications along with security updates.
• Assist in managing virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and tools for remote work.
• Ensure compliance of devices with company security protocols.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation.
• Collaborate with other IT departments to enhance the user experience.

Job Requirement:

• At least ITE/Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in general desktop support is required.
• Relevant experience will be considered, and training will be provided.
• Prior experience in a similar role within IT or desktop support.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
