Senior / Sales Associate

Key Duties

• Greet each customer with warmth to foster authentic, long-lasting relationships
• Provide tailored, unforgettable service that goes above and beyond customer expectations
• Actively strive to achieve sales targets and KPIs established by the Store Manager
• Ensure adherence to all brand standards, including grooming, visual merchandising, and packaging in accordance with global guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in the fashion sector
• A deep enthusiasm for customer service and creating outstanding experiences
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to connect and establish rapport at all levels
