About The Role
In the capacity of a Program Manager, you will spearhead significant business and technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as the essential link connecting business executives, operational teams, IT stakeholders, the system integrator, and Veson Nautical (IMOS vendor), ensuring the successful execution of complex transformation projects.
We advocate for hybrid work as a progressive approach, providing flexibility wherever feasible. Given the business requirements of this role, it is a hybrid position necessitating 3 to 4 days per week at a client or Cognizant office. Regardless of your work arrangement, we are dedicated to supporting a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.

- Extensive Experience in the Mining Industry
- Management of Large-Scale Transformation Programs
- Expertise in Executive Stakeholder Management
- Experience with Multi-Vendor Deliveries
- Proficiency in Business & Operational Transformation
