Become part of a dynamic team where you will oversee the entire lifecycle of structured products and enhance payment workflows. We are in search of a meticulous professional with a solid finance background to contribute significantly to our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle management processes for equity and FX underlyings, which includes asset setup and client confirmations. Efficiently handle daily OTC FX options and DCI fixings. Ensure prompt communication of any early redemptions for structured notes to the front office. Act as a subject matter expert for both front office and head office operations. Process all incoming and outgoing payments while effectively resolving any issues. Coordinate the delivery of securities and manage transactions related to cheques and cash. Collaborate with the head office to reconcile discrepancies and address special conditions. Perform client offboarding duties and manage applications and renewals for Legal Entity Identifiers (LEI). Supervise mail management and maintain physical records. Assist various teams with operational activities and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in the finance industry is preferred. Knowledge of the Avaloq application is advantageous. Strong comprehension of financial products. Exceptional attention to detail and expertise in data management.
