Operations Specialist (LC / Food Manufacturing)

Exciting Opportunity:

Adecco is collaborating with a global food trading firm to recruit an Operations Executive. This position will facilitate comprehensive trading operations, encompassing shipment coordination, import and export documentation, contract drafting, and invoicing processes.

• Full-time, permanent position
• Location: Central region
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate loading and shipment timelines with internal teams, suppliers, clients, and logistics service providers
• Manage a complete set of import and export shipping documents
• Assist in the processing of Letters of Credit by reviewing LC terms, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring adherence to specified conditions
• Draft purchase and sales contracts
• Process sales orders and maintain precise transaction records
• Execute data entry and generate invoices through the ERP system
• Track shipment progress and address any documentation or operational challenges

Ideal Candidate:

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination, shipping coordination, or trading operations
• Proficient in import/export documentation and international shipping protocols
• Familiarity with Letter of Credit processing is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple tasks
