Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive program management: coordinate project timelines, establish milestones, monitor and report on progress, identify potential risks, and address any obstacles.
• Collaborate with diverse teams including Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and QA to ensure effective program execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for intricate programs that involve multiple engineering divisions.
• Lead the planning and prioritization of the program roadmap.
• Enhance communication among management, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to maintain aligned objectives and provide clear project visibility.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within the technology sector.
• Proven hands-on experience in program management and successful delivery.
• Capacity to create comprehensive project timelines, identify key milestones, and track progress effectively.
• Understanding of effective roadmap planning with the ability to prioritize according to project needs.
• Excellent communication skills to convey project status and challenges to various stakeholders.
