Position Title: Project Manager
Required Experience: 5+ Years
Work Location: Singapore
Contract Length: 12 months, with the possibility of extension (subject to project needs and performance)
Work Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO)
Position Summary
We are in search of a Technical Project Manager to spearhead intricate system integration and banking migration initiatives. This role involves overseeing the complete delivery process, guiding engineering teams, and managing solution architecture.
Primary Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and design documentation (HLD/LLD).
- Team Guidance: Lead, mentor, and synchronize cross-functional software engineering teams.
- Technical Supervision: Manage integration architecture, API governance, cloud deployments, and data protection measures.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate project status, technical solutions, and potential risks to clients and executive stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technology project management (with at least 3 years in a leadership position).
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Banking client migrations.
- Integration & Technology Skills: Solid expertise in iPaaS (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.), APIs (REST/SOAP), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Databases (SQL/NoSQL), and CI/CD tools.
- Certifications: PMP, Cloud (AWS), or iPaaS certifications are advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
