Job Overview
We are looking for a Tech Lead QA to join our vibrant team in India. The successful candidate will take charge of our quality assurance initiatives, ensuring the provision of top-notch software solutions. The Tech Lead QA will be instrumental in developing our testing strategies and providing mentorship to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the QA team in creating and executing comprehensive testing strategies and plans.
- Supervise the creation and implementation of test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Guide and mentor junior QA engineers on best testing practices and methodologies.
- Detect, document, and monitor defects using suitable tools and methodologies.
- Perform regular code evaluations to ensure compliance with QA standards and processes.
- Review test outcomes and provide insights to enhance software quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies and processes.
- Expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team setting.
