Technology Support Services Manager

Position Overview

Become a key player in an innovative organization as a Technology Support Services Presales Manager. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team, spearheading the design and promotion of active infrastructure solutions throughout the region. This position requires an active, hands-on approach, merging technical acumen with leadership to provide comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the lead technical presales expert for active infrastructure projects, encompassing routing, switching, security, and data center networking. Design complete solution blueprints and validate architectures, generating high-quality Bills of Materials that meet customer requirements. Cultivate and manage technical relationships with essential OEMs, ensuring a deep understanding of their product offerings and strategic directions. Offer presales support across Southeast Asia, India, and the wider APAC region, including complex bids that necessitate cross-regional collaboration. Work closely with the Sales team to identify opportunities and clarify technical needs for unique solutions. Provide technical training and support to sales teams and junior presales members as required. Ensure that solutions are aligned with best practices in security, scalability, and performance, while remaining informed about the latest advancements in networking technologies.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and commissioning active infrastructure technologies. A minimum of 4 years in a presales or solutions architecture position with direct engagement with customers. Proven track record in designing and articulating complex architectures from both technical and commercial perspectives. Extensive knowledge in routing, switching, wireless, network security, compute, storage, HPC, and virtualization technologies. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to offer significant recommendations. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
