Position Summary:

Expand and maintain the platform's direct-to-consumer (D2C) client portfolio through proactive customer interaction, successful sales conversion, and diligent account management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales: Reach out to qualified leads and prospects to present the platform and assist them in the onboarding process.

• Client Retention & Support: Connect with inactive or potentially at-risk clients to discern their needs, showcase platform features and support, and mitigate attrition.

• High Net Worth Engagement: Hold face-to-face meetings with HNW clients and prospects to discuss the platform and its core propositions.

• Strategic Decision-Making: Utilize provided data to prioritize lead engagement, adapt communication style to match client experience levels, escalate retention issues as necessary, and report process gaps/market objections to management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years in outbound sales, client relations, or business development—preferably in wealth management, banking, fintech, or insurance sectors.

• Proven Success: Demonstrated history of achieving conversion or retention goals. Experience with HNW or private banking clients is advantageous.

• Essential Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English, polished communication skills suitable for face-to-face client interactions, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to articulate financial concepts clearly without offering financial advice.

• Compliance: Commitment to complete all mandatory regulatory and compliance training.

• Education: Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience.
