Data Migration Consultant (MM)

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and coordinate all activities related to the migration of procurement and inventory data during the SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation. This role is essential in ensuring the precise, comprehensive, and timely transfer of both procurement/inventory master and transactional data. The primary focus will be on managing the collection, transformation, validation, and ultimate loading of this critical data.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to establish the scope, mapping rules, transformation logic, and reconciliation criteria for procurement/inventory data.
• Collaborate closely with SAP functional consultants and business data stewards to ensure alignment on procurement/inventory data specifications.
• Work in conjunction with the technical build team to confirm that ETL development satisfies procurement/inventory-specific requirements.
• Plan and oversee the execution of mock migration cycles (Mock 1, Mock 2, Full Dress Rehearsal), including progress tracking and issue resolution.
• Conduct briefings and workshops with procurement/inventory users to ensure they are informed and prepared.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data cleansing and loading processes, guaranteeing timely, quality, and complete results.
• Address reconciliation challenges and assist with cutover and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
