IT Project Manager, Digital Products (Contract Role)

Our client, a government organization based in Singapore, is seeking a skilled Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to facilitate the delivery and adoption of digital products.

This position is a contract role set to conclude on 31 March 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to perform user interviews and gather essential requirements.
• Assist in sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Monitor project progress, development velocity, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and facilitate system, user acceptance, and security testing prior to product launch.
• Lead user education and adoption initiatives post-product launch.
• Offer post-release product support and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify and rectify issues and bugs.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements and decision logs.
• Engage closely with stakeholders to identify risks, track action items, and ensure resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project management, digital product development, or delivery.
• Demonstrated capability in delivering digital products from inception through to launch and subsequent support.
• Proven track record of effectively delivering products within resource and timeline constraints.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Balsamiq is preferred.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis will be advantageous.
• A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or related fields.
