Technical Service Executive

Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose issues with electric motors, drivers, and associated products.
• Carry out basic wiring tasks, conduct functional tests, and perform necessary repairs or modifications.
• Document inspection results clearly and create detailed technical reports.
• Address technical questions from customers, providing support during the training phase.
• Support on-site inspections, installation verifications, and basic service tasks as needed.
• Assemble and evaluate demonstration units, while managing the inventory of loaned equipment.
• Gradually acquire the skills to manage routine cases independently and escalate more complex issues with appropriate documentation.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related discipline.
• Fundamental knowledge of electrical wiring and circuits, with a strong enthusiasm for electric motors or industrial automation.
• Aptitude for hands-on tasks and skilled in using instruments like a multimeter.
• Logical thinker with a patient approach to resolving technical challenges.
• Effective communicator, capable of producing professional reports.
• Responsible, motivated to learn, and adept at following provided instructions before seeking help.
• Familiarity with interpreting wiring diagrams or technical documentation is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of parameter setting, programming, stepper motors, brushless motors, or servo systems is advantageous.
