Key Responsibilities
- Support the operations of the Community Care Team by promoting healthy lifestyles among residents through a variety of community initiatives. Partner with local organizations to provide comprehensive health support for residents and oversee operational tasks. Engage in operational planning, analyze data, and monitor workload alongside key performance indicators. Recognize and implement enhancements in community operations to improve care quality and resident satisfaction, including testing new programs and technological solutions. Oversee resident feedback, working with stakeholders to resolve issues and identify service deficiencies. Carry out any additional responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 2 years of pertinent work experience. Previous experience in healthcare, operations, or customer service is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage complaints and feedback with a strong sense of accountability.
