Senior Service Engineer (Construction & Project Management)

Overview

Become a vital part of an innovative team responsible for managing a variety of construction projects from their initial stages to final completion, while upholding exceptional standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction operations, emphasizing architectural elements and mechanical & electrical installations. Track project schedules and construction advancement in accordance with the project blueprint. Perform routine safety assessments at the job site. Support quality assurance and quality control initiatives. Guarantee adherence to sanctioned construction techniques and Method Statements. Work in partnership with relevant stakeholders to fulfill facilities requirements for enhanced operational efficiency and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Facilities Maintenance, or Building Services. At least 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry or facilities maintenance for commercial or industrial properties. Preferred background includes involvement in construction projects featuring architectural finishes and mechanical & electrical installations. Knowledge of Building Information Modelling is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
