Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

This role presents a thrilling opportunity to oversee the financial planning and analysis department within a vibrant setting. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in steering budgeting, forecasting, and project finance reporting across various markets in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the yearly budgeting and continuous forecasting initiatives for regional operations. Oversee project finance reporting, with an emphasis on work-in-progress (WIP), percentage-of-completion (POC), and margin tracking for ongoing engineering projects, ensuring precise accounting practices. Work collaboratively with project, operations, and commercial teams to extract financial insights from project outcomes. Develop management reports and variance analyses to facilitate informed decision-making at both country and regional levels. Assist in financial planning and analysis as the organization grows throughout Southeast Asia. Leverage MS Dynamics as the main finance system for operational activities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant financial experience, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering/project framework. Proven hands-on expertise in project finance, encompassing WIP and POC. A blend of financial planning and analysis capabilities paired with a robust accounting background. Capacity to excel in a lean and dynamic work environment. Familiarity with MS Dynamics is advantageous. Experience in a regional or APAC context is beneficial, though not mandatory.
