IT Security Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Data Security Specialist to oversee and enhance our endpoint and data security technologies. This role includes managing daily security operations, responding to incidents, handling change management, and implementing ongoing improvements for security tools and infrastructure. The position primarily supports the Asia and EMEA regions and requires alignment with the Paris time zone.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and address escalated incidents and changes pertaining to endpoint and data security.
• Administer tools such as antivirus, EDR, DLP, encryption, and phishing protection solutions.
• Facilitate root cause analysis, documentation, and process enhancements.
• Assist with technical transitions, upgrades, audits, and disaster recovery exercises.
• Serve as the final technical approver for changes and engage in global initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Security, with a strong focus on endpoint protection (e.g., Symantec, Defender, SentinelOne).
• Experience managing AV, EDR, DLP, and encryption tools in extensive environments.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and incident management capabilities.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ITIL and operational best practices.
• CISSP and relevant vendor certifications are preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills; proficiency in French is a plus.
