Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and engage in comprehensive projects for the implementation of the bank's system
• Collaborate with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure that solution designs adhere to enterprise design principles, security, and control standards
• Coordinate with application teams across various groups and countries to develop enhancements in line with the technical solution plan
• Assess user requirements and transform them into design documents and other system documentation to capture essential design decisions
• Schedule technical deliverables, execute design and development tasks to fulfill project requirements within the designated timeframe
• Conduct data mapping and process mapping with interfacing applications
• Timely escalate issues that could affect the project timeline and suggest potential workarounds or resolutions
• Create technical documentation for the solutions and compile timely, thorough, and accurate documentation as needed
• Test, maintain, and recommend software enhancements to ensure optimal functionality and performance
• Collaborate with production support team members to perform root cause analyses of issues, review new and existing code, and/or conduct unit testing
• Work with Test Management teams to ensure the successful completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing with quality outcomes
• Coordinate with other application teams and business users to prepare test cases and test data ahead of testing in UAT and Mock Run environments
• Oversee project change request approvals and deployment schedules
• Provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment
• Engage with other units across IT and Business within the organization
• Manage external vendors to ensure project delivery aligns with the timeline
