Position Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to foster strategic external collaborations, enhance industry engagement, and oversee business-oriented programs. This position emphasizes business expansion, stakeholder engagement, and partnership management rather than technical or IT project execution.
Primary Responsibilities
- Industry Engagement: Develop and implement external workshops, showcases, and forums designed to connect industry partners and cultivate an engaged ecosystem.
- Partnership Management: Lead the comprehensive execution of partnerships by coordinating with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Procurement) to draft, negotiate, and finalize agreements (NDAs, collaboration contracts).
- Governance & Operations: Oversee the maintenance of partner contract repositories, manage institutional risks, and create frameworks to facilitate partner onboarding.
- Program Delivery: Monitor performance, assess outcomes, and leverage ecosystem insights to identify new partnership opportunities.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in business development, strategic partnership management, ecosystem development, or innovation programs.
- Focus: A robust background in business-oriented project delivery (as opposed to technical/software project management).
- Domain Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in Health-tech, digital health, research, or public sector ecosystems.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder influence, contract management, and governance awareness.
- Education: A degree in Business, Innovation, Technology Management, or a related discipline.
