AI ML Developer

Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a proactive AI Engineer/AI Developer located in Singapore to create and implement production-ready AI agents, autonomous workflows, and enterprise RAG pipelines. In this role, you will connect advanced LLM functionalities with essential business systems, converting raw AI models into secure and scalable automation solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop AI Agents & RAG: Create intelligent agents with memory, tool integration, and multi-step reasoning. Build and oversee RAG pipelines utilizing vector databases.
• Design Workflows: Build, self-host, and enhance complex end-to-end automations and custom nodes using n8n.
• Integrate & Expand: Create reusable AI microservices and integrate them into enterprise systems through REST APIs, JSON, and secure authentication mechanisms.
• Optimize & Support: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to implement scalable solutions, troubleshoot workflows, and enhance system performance.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, Linux CLI environments, and REST API integrations (OAuth, API keys).
• AI & Automation Experience: Hands-on experience with n8n (self-hosted), Claude Code, vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma), Hugging Face, and Jupyter Notebooks.
• AI Concepts: Comprehensive knowledge of embeddings, tokenization, model inference, and fine-tuning methodologies.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical and debugging capabilities with a focus on developing practical, production-ready AI solutions.
