Digital Project Team Lead

Overview:

In the role of Digital Project Team Lead, you will be instrumental in converting strategic initiatives into concrete outcomes. This position is centered on ensuring the effective execution of digital projects while maintaining high standards in quality, budget management, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in digital project management, outstanding leadership skills, and a proven history of delivering projects within specified timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and motivate agile teams towards self-management, fostering collaboration and enthusiasm to meet organizational objectives.
• Facilitate daily scrum sessions, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. Provide mentorship to product owners in developing and managing product backlogs.
• Track project advancements, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement proactive measures to guarantee timely and successful project completion.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and best practices to promote consistency and transparency.
• Assess project feasibility, constraints, dependencies, and success criteria in relation to time, budget, and workload.
• Support the creation of key documents, including pitch decks, RFPs, RFQs, SOW, project timelines, and training materials.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational and project goals.
• Develop reporting metrics, tools, and dashboards to provide clear visibility and actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Cultivate a culture of ownership, transparency, and integrity, fostering trust and accountability within the team.

Requirements:

•  A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in digital and web project management, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the digital project lifecycle, with a successful track record from project initiation to completion.
• Extensive knowledge of the digital landscape and proficiency in various web technologies, including practical experience with WordPress and other widely-used CMS platforms.
• Relevant certifications in Project/Agile/Scrum (e.g., PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe)
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, with a profound understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles, along with a solid history of effective implementation.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or JIRA.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to tackling project challenges and achieving successful results.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
