Job Description & Requirements This initiative centers around the auditing of legacy systems to guarantee adherence to global quality assurance (QA) standards. As standards have progressed over time, many sites have not been updated retroactively. The objective is to conduct a comprehensive site validation for all offices initially, followed by data centers, ensuring that both legacy and current systems align with the most recent requirements.

Responsibilities:

Scope

• Assess systems for compliance with current standards (not redesigning from the ground up).
• Concentrate on Genetec (video management) and CCure (access control) systems.
• Evaluate configurations, firmware, and operational conditions.

Daily Tasks

• Validation Process: Retrieve system data and input it into auditing tools.
• Examine discrepancies identified by the tool and manually verify their accuracy.
• Complete checklists: indicate pass/fail status, and explore reasons for any failures (e.g., ongoing repairs).
• Attention to Detail: Compare current configurations against established standards.
• Detect programming errors or inconsistencies.

Tools & Training:

• Auditors will undergo training on validation tools.
• Manual verification remains crucial for ensuring accuracy.

Key Considerations

• This is a repetitive, detail-oriented position that necessitates familiarity with the CCure and Genetec interfaces.
• Auditors must guarantee precise data transfer from tools to checklists.
• Final reports must accurately represent compliance status and outline any necessary corrective actions.
