Position Overview:
Are you an AI Specialist eager to advance your career? This position provides an exciting opportunity to design and implement AI, automation, and data solutions that optimize operational performance throughout the APAC region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance planning processes through effective data integration, application development, and ongoing improvement—driving organizational efficiency while fostering innovation and business impact.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Creating, building, and launching digital, automation, and AI solutions to enhance business processes across APAC.
- Developing and overseeing data pipelines, ETL processes, and integration workflows utilizing SQL-based technologies and tools such as SSIS or equivalent platforms for data integration and reporting.
- Designing and developing web applications using technologies like JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET, C#, or Python.
- Building and maintaining solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (or similar tools).
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and refining applications and data solutions to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Leading or contributing to comprehensive AI projects, encompassing use case identification, data analysis, model development, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Assisting in project planning and execution, including coordination, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication regarding timelines, risks, and results.
- Pursuing continuous improvement initiatives that align with organizational goals and innovation priorities.
- Ensuring adherence to data, digital, and AI governance, security, and organizational standards.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as necessary to adapt to changing business needs.

Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience; however, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in T-SQL, Oracle SQL / PL-SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience in developing and managing data integration workflows using ETL tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics, and model deployment using Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML) and/or Python.
- Experience in web application development with a working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET, C#.
- Strong communication and collaboration capabilities, with experience working across functions and with various stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a results-oriented focus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in delivering presentations and training sessions, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Oracle (e.g., Oracle R12).
- Exposure to cloud-based AI/ML platforms like Azure Machine Learning and model lifecycle management.
- Background in operations, supply chain, or planning-related environments.
