Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical evaluations and assessments for patients. Administer pre-employment physicals and fulfill other mandated examinations. Identify and treat both acute and chronic health issues, including injuries and prevalent medical conditions. Prescribe suitable medications and treatment plans following detailed diagnoses. Provide preventive healthcare services, such as vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle advice. Schedule essential follow-up appointments to effectively track and manage chronic illnesses. Facilitate referrals to specialists and work in conjunction with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, health preservation, and self-management techniques. Remain informed about the latest developments in medical research and advancements through ongoing professional education. Adhere to medical ethics, established standards of practice, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution. Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council.
