Job Title: Complex Project Manager – Global SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Work Location: Singapore

Contract Length: 12 Months (with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on performance and business requirements)

Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a skilled Complex Project Manager to spearhead a comprehensive Global SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program aimed at standardizing and harmonizing business processes across diverse regions, business units, and legal entities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for steering global template design, orchestrating multi-country deployments, and leading cross-functional teams within a challenging global landscape.

Primary Duties

• Oversee the complete delivery of intricate SAP S/4HANA transformation projects from the initial planning stage to deployment and stabilization.
• Facilitate the design, governance, and execution of a universal SAP template, balancing standardization with local business needs.
• Manage the global rollout and deployment phases across various countries and regions.
• Supervise project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with globally distributed teams, including business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical experts, system integrators, and external partners.
• Oversee cutover planning, data migration, testing, go-live processes, and hypercare support.
• Ensure seamless integration across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BW/Analytics, and third-party systems.
• Deliver executive-level reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead organizational change management, user training, and business adoption initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing extensive SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within global organizations.
• Strong practical experience with global template design and multi-country/multi-region SAP deployments.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP processes in the Finance and Logistics sectors.
• Experience with SAP ecosystem integrations and comprehensive business process transformations.
• Proven success in managing globally distributed teams across various time zones.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Robust understanding of data migration, cutover planning, deployment management, and hypercare support.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Background in consulting or professional services is preferred.

Desired Certifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar Project Management certifications.
• SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Activate certifications.
• Change Management certifications.
