Quality Assurance Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test scenarios for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create and refine test scripts that are consistent with project specifications and industry best practices.
• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of requirements and user stories.
• Conduct requirement analysis and assist in shaping the test strategy and automation methodology.
• Provide consistent updates and manage client and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a high-velocity delivery setting.
• Ensure comprehensive automation coverage, test asset stability, and ongoing enhancement of testing processes.

• Essential Skills & Qualifications:
• Over 5 years of practical experience in software testing.
• Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing client and stakeholder relationships.
• Extensive experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and comprehension of user stories.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
