Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist travelers, consistently providing outstanding customer service.
• Market and sell merchandise to meet personal and store sales goals.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness align with brand guidelines.
• Perform cashiering tasks with precision, including processing cash and credit transactions.
• Assist in stock management, restocking, and overall store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a dynamic airport setting.
• Well-groomed, dependable, and a proactive contributor to team efforts.
