Job Overview

Under the guidance of the Manager for this division, success in this role will be measured by the following key performance indicators:

• Sourcing - Identify and cultivate a candidate network to fulfill assignment requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead Generation - Execute activities, events, and meetings aimed at networking and generating leads that are commercially significant for the business.
• Engagement - Utilize social media, events, and cold calling as tools to engage with potential candidates and foster new business development.

Ideal Candidate

• Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Business, or a relevant field; no previous experience required.
• Demonstrates a strong enthusiasm for a sales-oriented role.
• Shares values that align with our company ethos.
• Exhibits the ability to connect with C-level executives, as business development efforts focus on engaging global and regional leaders in the sector.
