P2P Transformation Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Establish the comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring it aligns with the organization's objectives.
• Create and uphold standardized designs for the P2P process, governance frameworks, compliance obligations, and internal controls.
• Execute and monitor key performance metrics such as Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), Touchless Invoice Processing Rate, and Spend Under Management.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation projects utilizing RPA, AI, process mining, and automation technologies.
• Enhance stakeholder relationships across various business units and facilitate effective change management to ensure successful implementation of redesigned processes.
• Manage the integration and optimization of P2P systems, ensuring they align with ERP solutions (e.g., SAP) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems.
• Guarantee compliance with financial governance, SFRS standards, tax regulations, and internal control protocols.
• Assist in significant transformation initiatives, including ERP system implementations, shared services transitions, and process re-engineering activities.
