Job Overview

We are looking for a Tech Lead QA to become an integral part of our innovative team in India. The successful candidate will take charge of leading our quality assurance initiatives, ensuring that we deliver exceptional software solutions. The Tech Lead QA will be pivotal in defining our testing strategies and providing mentorship to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the QA team in the creation and execution of testing strategies and plans.
• Supervise the design and implementation of test cases, scripts, and plans.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Coach and mentor junior QA engineers on best testing practices and methodologies.
• Identify, document, and manage defects utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Perform regular code reviews and ensure compliance with QA processes and standards.
• Evaluate test results and offer insights to enhance software quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies and processes.
• Expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
