Human Resource Business Partner

Primary Duties:

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, which encompasses workforce planning, talent sourcing, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to deliver strategic human resources insights and practical HR assistance.
• Address employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management challenges.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and optimal practices to enhance engagement and productivity.
• Assist in HR initiatives such as performance evaluations, employee engagement programs, and compliance efforts.
• Manage work pass applications and renewals for international staff members.
• Engage in HR process improvements and contribute to various HR-related projects.
