Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate the management and upkeep of cryptographic keys, digital certificates, and associated security infrastructure in line with defined security standards and protocols.
• Oversee and assist in the complete SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle, encompassing CSR generation, certificate issuance, renewal, deployment, and revocation.
• Assist with the issuance, renewal, deployment, and revocation of digital certificates across various platforms and environments.
• Contribute to the administration and maintenance of encryption technologies, cryptographic solutions, and key management processes.
• Support Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), key management systems, and enterprise data protection solutions.
• Implement suitable encryption methodologies and security measures to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
• Assist with certificate and cryptographic key-related tasks, ensuring precise records, documentation, and adherence to established procedures.
• Monitor and sustain security-related configurations across Linux, AIX, and Windows environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external parties to address certificate, encryption, and key management challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for certificates, keys, security configurations, and related administrative tasks.
• Provide support for security administration activities outside regular business hours when necessary, including weekends and scheduled late-night maintenance periods.

Essential Qualifications

• A diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, cryptography, certificate management, security operations, or a related area.
• Experience with data encryption, cryptographic technologies, and key management methods.
• Solid understanding of encryption methodologies, security controls, and industry best practices for data protection.
• Familiarity with cryptographic principles, digital certificates, and security protocols such as TLS and SSH.
• Experience in SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management, including CSR generation, certificate issuance, renewal, deployment, and revocation.
• Preferred exposure to Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), key management systems, or enterprise data protection solutions.
• Experience with Red Hat Linux, AIX, and/or Windows operating systems.
• Exposure to Splunk or similar security monitoring/logging platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with a process-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical information clearly and professionally.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external parties.
• Good administrative, record-keeping, and technical documentation abilities.
• Experience in the financial services or banking sector is preferred.
• Willingness to assist with security administration activities outside standard working hours, including weekends and scheduled maintenance windows.
