Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Work collaboratively with Business Unit Specialists to gather, assess, and confirm business requirements.
• Conduct impact assessments and evaluate the future state of business and operational processes based on established requirements.
• Articulate detailed functional and non-functional requirements that align with business goals.
• Oversee and mitigate risks and issues related to requirements and scope expansion.
• Conduct impact assessments and provide estimates for project change requests.

Functional Design & Solution Alignment

• Transition requirements to System Analysts, ensuring that they are clear and comprehensive.
• Ensure traceability of functional specifications back to business requirements.

Testing

• Examine the test plan and functional test scope developed by the testing team.
• Assist with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect prioritization, tracking, and resolution.
