Machine Learning Research Engineer

We are seeking a driven Machine Learning Research Engineer to become part of an AI Product team dedicated to developing enterprise-level vision intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs) for practical use cases.
• Design and implement agentic AI systems featuring structured, multi-step processes.
• Execute experiments, organize data, and assess model performance and dependability.
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concept projects for novel AI functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to transform research findings into production-ready applications.
• Deliver research initiatives that demonstrate measurable business benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, optimization techniques, model architectures, and training dynamics.
• Practical experience with transformer-based models in either computer vision or natural language processing (NLP).
• Proficient in programming, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree.
• Published work in prominent AI conferences or journals such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, or EMNLP.
• Experience with fine-tuning, transfer learning, model distillation, and foundation models.
• Familiarity with fields such as reinforcement learning, edge AI, robotics, diffusion models, speech processing, recommendation systems, or time-series forecasting.
