Location: Singapore

Position Summary

We are in search of an enthusiastic Technical Business Analyst who possesses extensive experience in IT Infrastructure, Oracle technologies, and the integration of enterprise systems.

This position demands a comprehensive grasp of infrastructure environments, cloud solutions, Oracle technologies, system architecture, and operational workflows to facilitate seamless onboarding, oversee the tenant journey, and uphold exceptional user satisfaction levels.

Primary Duties

·       Tenant Inquiry & Requirement Management – Handle and respond to tenant inquiries, clarify their needs, and provide precise information regarding products and services.

·       Onboarding Briefings – Deliver onboarding sessions to tenants to ensure comprehension of processes, systems, and available services.

·       Onboarding Progress Monitoring – Oversee the onboarding process, troubleshoot problems, and guarantee the successful integration of tenants into our platform.

·       Tenant Journey Evaluation – Continuously evaluate and monitor tenant experiences to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

·       User Satisfaction Survey Oversight – Design, implement, and analyze user satisfaction surveys to extract actionable insights.

·       Tenant Feedback Management – Gather, review, and address tenant feedback promptly, escalate issues when necessary, and drive improvements.

·       Design improved processes that enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience.

·       Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effects of process modifications.

·       Conduct workshops, training sessions, and change-management initiatives to foster adoption.

Requirements

·       Must be a Singaporean citizen

·       Must qualify for Singapore MSD CAT 1 security clearance

·       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

·       At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within IT or cloud-focused projects

·       Expertise in business process modeling and analytical techniques

·       Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
