Business Development Manager (Chemical Logistics/4PL Solutions)

Adecco is collaborating with a well-established global leader in chemical logistics to recruit a dynamic Business Development Manager based in Singapore.

This role operates as an individual contributor with a focus on acquiring and expanding accounts within the Chemical, Petrochemical, Polyolefin, and Specialty Chemical sectors.

• Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Location: West Region
• Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Compensation Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Variable Bonus

Sales & Business Development Responsibilities:

• Discover new market opportunities and generate leads to expand our customer portfolio.
• Present and promote our solutions to potential clients tailored to their business requirements.
• Utilize CRM systems to oversee your sales pipeline, monitor deals, and project revenue.
• Evaluate market trends and data to enhance sales performance and identify target clients.

Account Management Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for key client accounts.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with client decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage contract negotiations and renewals to secure favorable business terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue from existing accounts.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales and key account management.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled in utilizing CRM software for sales pipeline management and reporting.
• Strong analytical and time-management capabilities.
