Job Description

• Oversee complete sets of accounts and general ledger tasks for investment-related entities
• Generate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Conduct reconciliations and maintain precise accounting schedules along with supporting documentation
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and transaction processing
• Assist investment operations by documenting capital calls, distributions, dividends, and other investment-related activities
• Contribute to portfolio reporting, budgeting initiatives, and financial analysis
• Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and external service providers to meet statutory and compliance obligations
• Lead process improvement and automation efforts to enhance finance operations and reporting efficiency

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3+ years of accounting experience
• Solid grasp of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High degree of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Capacity to handle confidential information professionally
