Job Description

• Establish and uphold procurement governance frameworks, policies, standards, and compliance protocols.
• Champion category management best practices, sourcing strategies, negotiation excellence, and capability-building initiatives.
• Develop and refine supplier relationship management frameworks, supplier performance evaluation, and development programs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Quality to enhance procurement value delivery.
• Lead procurement cost improvement initiatives, value tracking, and total cost optimization projects.
• Enhance contract governance, supplier risk management, compliance oversight, and audit preparedness.
• Advance digital procurement transformation through analytics, automation, procurement systems, and data-driven decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Procurement Excellence roles.
• At least 3 years of experience in leadership positions, with a proven track record in leading procurement transformation, governance, or continuous improvement efforts.
• In-depth knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and procurement best practices.
• Professional procurement certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience in creating procurement policies, frameworks, methodologies, and management reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to influence senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated commercial and analytical expertise, including cost modeling, savings validation, and value tracking.
• Experience with procurement technology platforms, spend analytics, and digital procurement tools.
