Real Estate Senior Executive / Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough evaluations of potential properties, encompassing on-site inspections and market research.

· Analyze demographic, economic, and traffic data to facilitate strategic site selection.

· Review and interpret zoning laws and local regulations to ensure adherence.

· Execute comprehensive financial feasibility studies, including ROI estimates for prospective sites.

· Negotiate lease agreements with landlords, aligning with financial and operational objectives.

· Oversee all lease contracts and renewals within the company’s real estate portfolio.

· Identify high-growth regions and emerging markets for new store locations.

· Drive the expansion strategy by collaborating with the business development team to secure prime site locations.

· Manage the complete property acquisition process, including overseeing renovation projects and store setups.

· Compile detailed reports on site evaluations, financial analyses, and market studies.

· Maintain precise records of all site assessments and associated documentation.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.

· More than five years of experience in property assessment, leasing, and real estate operations, particularly within the food and beverage sector.

· Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) are advantageous.
