APAC Channel Sales Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of 1–3 Account Managers / Sales Managers to promote channel growth throughout the APAC region.
• Formulate and execute channel strategies aimed at broadening market presence and meeting revenue goals.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners while enhancing relationships with current partners.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to address both technical and commercial challenges.
• Design and administer partner incentive programs to boost engagement and performance.
• Monitor and evaluate partner performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead partner enablement initiatives, including training on products, solutions, and sales techniques.
