Solution Architect

Primary Duties

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to conceptualize Solution Architecture and Design.
• Oversee the implementation process to ensure alignment with the proposed solutions and designs.
• Provide support to development teams by offering expertise and guiding engineers in resolving technical challenges, as well as conducting code reviews.
• Enhance software quality through the use of cloud-native and Agile development methodologies, including TDD and automated CI/CD.
• Assist the QA team with test automation and identify potential technical obstacles and issues.
• Collaborate with other architects to ensure the design of reusable libraries is aligned.
• Coordinate efforts with various technical teams (e.g., Infrastructure, Enterprise, Applications, Security) to establish infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, application integrations, and to troubleshoot deployment and integration issues.
• Conduct experiments and develop prototypes for exploratory projects.

Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in application development, design, and business analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of solution architectures and integration patterns.
• Capability to design and develop large-scale applications that address complex business challenges.
• Proficient in .Net, Java, React.js, Node.js, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with multi-paradigm programming languages.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OpenID Connect.
• Experience with containers, microservices, and DevSecOps technologies.
• Acquainted with cloud-native technologies.
• Experience designing and developing applications within the AWS cloud environment; AWS cloud technology certification is preferred.
• Solid understanding of SRE/Service/Security/Compliance Management processes, including change, incident, and problem management on cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of multitasking and delivering results promptly.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• A self-motivated, innovative, and collaborative individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
