Management Associate Trainee

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Retail Management
• Retail hours, including rotating shifts with weekends and public holidays
• 0-2 years of applicable experience in the retail, food and beverage, or fashion sectors, demonstrating enthusiasm for the industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
• Flexibility and eagerness to adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, along with the ability to swiftly learn new software and systems.

Your responsibilities will include

• Engaging in an extensive training program aimed at cultivating a comprehensive understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, customer service, and staff management
• Supporting the daily operations of a retail store or food and beverage establishment, ensuring effective management and outstanding customer interactions
• Assisting in the formulation and execution of marketing and sales initiatives to promote business expansion
• Collaborating with various departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to facilitate seamless operations
• Recognizing areas for process enhancements and providing suggestions to senior leadership
• Guiding and training junior team members, promoting a positive and cooperative workplace culture
