Position Overview

Become a part of a dedicated team focused on improving the mobility and functional independence of adult clients through customized physiotherapy services. This position provides a chance to make a meaningful difference in diverse environments, including community settings and clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and implement physiotherapy interventions specifically designed for adults facing mobility, neurological, functional, and rehabilitation challenges. Collaborate with caregivers, nursing personnel, and allied health professionals to create and execute Individualised Care Plans (ICPs). Conduct therapy sessions both individually and in groups across various locations, including home visits as required. Offer training and educational materials to caregivers and staff to ensure safe mobility practices and encourage functional independence among clients. Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to enhance comprehensive care planning for adult clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy. Full registration or eligibility to register with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the physiotherapy field. Proven enthusiasm for working with adults in residential, community, or home-based settings. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
