URGENT - Management Trainee F&B

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations to ensure the effective functioning of the food atrium
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable government regulations diligently
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests from tenants, customers, and cleaning personnel
• Conduct routine hygiene inspections and perform inventory assessments at various outlets
• Execute periodic cash audits to ensure adherence to the Cash Control Policy
• Facilitate and coordinate virtual food delivery orders among multiple tenants
• Oversee stall presentation, visual merchandising standards, and staff grooming across all outlets
• Serve as the primary liaison for external contractors and suppliers
• Enhance operational efficiency by suggesting and implementing innovative practices
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager or Senior Management

Qualifications:

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline
• Recent graduates are encouraged to submit their applications
• Possess a presentable demeanor, with a friendly and customer-oriented approach
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong team-oriented individual with effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable managing cash transactions and conducting audit checks
• Open to being assigned to various outlet locations as needed
• Available to work a rotating shift schedule of 6 days, including weekends and Public Holidays
