Retail Assistant/ Cashier

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Able to work flexible shifts (7/8 hours), including weekends and public holidays.
• Opportunity to collaborate with friends!
• Comfortable with prolonged standing and light lifting tasks.
• Possess strong communication skills and maintain a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries effectively.
• Utilize the POS system for processing payments and managing checkout operations.
• Restock shelves, replenish inventory, and ensure displays are well-organized.
• Receive, unpack, and tag new merchandise; keep the stockroom organized.
• Assist with promotional activities, price tagging, and basic visual merchandising tasks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor and checkout area.
• Adhere to company standard operating procedures, as well as safety and hygiene protocols.
