Job Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver a MOE-aligned, data-driven curriculum to guarantee excellent student learning outcomes and academic performance.
• Leverage a proprietary learning analytics platform to monitor, track, and assess student performance, evaluation results, and learning advancements.
• Administer student assessments, quizzes, and progress evaluations, utilizing data insights to pinpoint learning gaps and enhance performance.
• Establish and nurture effective communication with students and parents, providing consistent updates on academic progress and development strategies.
• Assist in curriculum planning, content enhancement, and teaching material development to boost learning effectiveness.
• Manage essential academic administration, including class documentation and reporting duties.
• Collaborate with the teaching team through lesson planning, meetings, and peer teaching support as needed.
• Experience with education technology (EdTech), student analytics, and outcome-focused teaching methodologies will be an advantage.

The Talent

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred local universities: NUS / NTU / SMU / SUTD) or equivalent qualification in Mathematics / Education / related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Primary School Mathematics Curriculum (MOE syllabus) and assessment criteria.
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching / tutoring experience in Primary Math or similar academic instruction roles.
