Urgent: NPI/Product Engineer (Manufacturing & Project Support)

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of automation systems.
• Evaluate designs and components for manufacturability, adherence to specifications, and accuracy of the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Create manufacturing workflows, processes, and detailed work instructions.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to automation systems and their components.
• Offer technical assistance to customers, suppliers, design engineers, and site installation teams.
• Contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI), project proposals, customer acceptance processes, and project execution.
• Provide training and guidance to site teams during the installation and commissioning phases.
• Ensure prompt resolution of engineering challenges to achieve customer and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automation equipment or control engineering.
• Proven experience in process development, troubleshooting, and system integration.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally for project installation and commissioning activities.
